Voice Training and Ceremony Delivery

Who is the course for?

This course is designed for those who wish to develop their voice delivery skills and confidence in delivering ceremonies. The course is focused on improving the speech, delivery and presentation skills of every course member.

What we expect you to gain:

At the end of the course delegates will be able to:

• Project their voice to suit a variety of ceremonies and venues
• Use their body language to greater effect
• Deliver poetry and readings with more feeling
• Use tone, pace, emphasis and pause better in their delivery
• Improve any delivery faults

• Warm Up activities for Mind, Body, Voice
• The Breath - supporting the voice
• The vocal warm up
• Speaking and sharing text
• Working with Ceremony texts
• Use of breath, volume and intensity
• Tone and posture and attitude
• Diction

• Comprehensive training handouts and guidance notes

• 1 day

Location:

• Claret Centre, Buckden, Cambridgeshire or CCL Offices, Kimbolton, Cambridgeshire, depending on numbers attending
